STACY TRAVEL POINTS - COURSE TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: August 20, 2025

By accessing any Stacy Travel Points course or educational content through our platform ("Course(s)"), including both free and paid offerings, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Course Terms") in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located at stacytravelpoints.com, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Course Terms apply to all Stacy Travel Points educational content accessed through Thinkific, including but not limited to:

• The Paid in Points Blueprint (paid course)
• Free masterclasses, previews, and introductory content
• Any future courses or educational materials we may offer

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

THIS COURSE IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

The Course does NOT provide:

• Financial, investment, or credit advice
• Tax or accounting advice

• Personal financial planning services

You acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Neither Stacy Roberts nor any team member or affiliate of Stacy Travel Points is a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, attorney, or other credentialed professional
• Stacy's methodology explicitly teaches paying off all credit card balances in full every month, and you understand that inability to follow this practice is a strong indication this program is not suitable for you
• You assume all responsibility for any debt incurred through credit card use and acknowledge that the Course teaches debt avoidance through monthly payment in full
• Credit card strategies involve financial risks including debt accumulation, fees, and credit score impacts
• Your results will vary based on creditworthiness, income, and individual circumstances
• Credit card terms and reward programs may change without notice
• Information about airlines, hotels, transfer partners, and travel loyalty programs is subject to change without notice
• While we may receive compensation through affiliate relationships, all opinions and recommendations are based on our independent assessment
• Transfer ratios, redemption values, and availability discussed in the Course may differ from current offerings
• You are responsible for verifying current terms with all travel providers and transfer partners

2. REFUND POLICY

FOR PAID COURSES: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you purchase a paid Course, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be provided once you gain access to Course materials
• You have reviewed the course description and understand what is included
• The digital nature of the Course makes it non-returnable once accessed
• Failure to complete or use the Course does not entitle you to a refund

Free courses and content are provided as-is with no warranties or guarantees.

3. PRICING AND ACCESS

• Paid Courses: Require payment before access is granted

For Paid Courses:

• Social media interactions, comments, direct messages, or other unpaid communications do NOT constitute "additional services" under these Terms

4. LICENSE AND ACCESS

Upon enrollment (whether free or paid), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course(s) through the Thinkific platform for your personal use only.

Platform Limitations:

• Course access is provided through Thinkific's platform and is subject to their terms of service
• We have limited control over certain platform functions and technical restrictions
• Access requires a compatible device and internet connection
• Platform availability and functionality are not entirely within our control

Permitted Use:

• Download provided PDF guides and cheat sheets for your personal reference (where available)
• Access and view all Course videos and materials for personal learning
• Take notes for personal use

Prohibited Use - You may NOT:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Download, copy, or redistribute Course videos
• Share, publish, or publicly distribute any Course materials (including PDFs)
• Post Course content on social media, websites, or forums
• Use any Course or materials for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works from Course content
• Resell or sublicense access to any Course
• Attempt to circumvent any platform restrictions or security measures

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of access without refund (for paid courses) and may result in legal action.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Course content, including videos, worksheets, guides, and materials, is the exclusive property of Stacy Travel Points and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or show signs of unauthorized sharing.

6. THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL PROVIDERS AND SERVICES

• Award availability and pricing mentioned in the Course may no longer be accurate

• Ability to meet minimum spending requirements
• Adherence to card issuer terms
• Changes in reward programs
• Your implementation of strategies taught
• Your organizational skills and attention to detail

You acknowledge that Stacy teaches paying all credit card balances in full each month to avoid interest charges. Any decision to carry balances or incur debt is solely your responsibility, and you agree that neither Stacy Travel Points nor the Course content can be held liable for any debt or financial hardship resulting from your credit card use.

• You cannot hold Stacy Travel Points liable for any debt, interest charges, fees, or financial hardship
• The decision to apply for credit cards and how to manage them remains entirely yours
• You have been warned that carrying balances negates the value of rewards through interest charges

You waive any claims against Stacy Travel Points related to debt accumulation or financial losses.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any disputes arising from these Course Terms are subject to the dispute resolution procedures in our website Terms of Use, including mandatory mediation and binding arbitration in Utah.

These Course Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, consistent with our website Terms of Use.

Parents or guardians may not enroll on behalf of minors.

If any part of these Course Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be modified or removed as necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
